Training

We  are committed to providing quality dragon boat coaching to our youth and adult participants. Our success is totally dependent on the volunteers that give so richly of their time, energy and experience.  The LCC requests that all volunteers wishing to serve in this capacity, attend our annual coaching clinic.  This will ensure that we serve our paddlers and community in a consistent and professional manner.

WE WELCOME SEASONED AND FIRST TIME COACHES.   Coaching should be a learning experience for both coaches and participants.  We focus on fun and safe paddling instruction.
